You already know about the law of attraction. You watched "The Secret" and bought all the books. You listen to Abraham Hicks, Wayne Dyer, and all the other amazing authorities on the subject. How much has changed since you started?
Click here to read my concise explanation of the Law of Attraction.
Part One
Law of Attraction principle #1 - we attract what we are vibrationally...our thoughts, feelings and beliefs ARE this vibration.
The first part of the challenge is to take the time to review. How much have you really implemented of this principle into your daily life? Do you know what or how to do that? If so, what has been your experience? If not, are you willing to make room in your life to really experiment with these concepts and make them real for you?
Take a moment now to evaluate these questions for yourself.
Part Two The second part is to decide to implement some of what you already know to manifest the experiences you desire. The rules of manifesting are extremely simple, they just take consistent practice.
Every expert for the last century has described the same process. And even most ancient spiritual texts include this universal law as instruction.
For this challenge, I'll just get straight to the point and give you the three action steps to making the changes you desire. As you begin to experiment with this process, I guarantee things will shift and some of the things that arise may not seem like they are working for you. Have no fear. Let go and allow.
Step 1. Clarity. Get clear on what you REALLY want in your soul. Knowing who you really are and willingness to let go of anything that doesn't serve you is key. Answering the following questions for yourself will start to open you up to the infinite possibilities in the present moment. This is where manifesting happens. This is where we begin to change the VIBRATION of our thoughts, feelings and beliefs. Trust it.
Journal questions: 1. What would I be if there was nothing I could not be? 2. What would I do if there was nothing I could not do? 3. What would I have if there was nothing I could not have?
Write freely, without censoring yourself. Suspend self judgement and let yourself dream big!
In the next lesson, we'll learn more about what to do with this deep self awareness.
