Law of Attraction Principle #3 be inspired to act or not act as you pay attention to synchronicity
Take inspired action... based on your own energy.
Before I knew about Human Design, I was unaware that there was a correct way and many incorrect ways for me to take action. I always felt that when things were "right" for me they occurred almost effortlessly, but often I found myself frustrated and hindered by things I thought I wanted to do, tried to force or was motivated to do out of fear and feelings of lack.
Little did I know that indeed, my "energy type" allows for nearly effortless manifestation when I'm aligned and acting according to my own "strategy and authority".
Now, I realize these Human Design terms may be meaningless to you, and for the sake of the brevity of this challenge, I am not going to over explain it. (You can join my 6 week program to go deeper)
What I am going to do is give you a description of how to be correct and incorrect in your energy type and challenge you to think about it, contemplate how it shows up for you, and deliberately work on implementing the strategy that is correct for you for the next few days. (When I say Correct vs Incorrect, its not a values or morals judgement. It's literal, like using the incorrect ingredient in a recipe vs the correct one - imagine using salt instead of sugar for a cake!)
First, if you don't already know your energy type, go to www.mybodygraph.com and enter your date, time and location of birth. You'll see a chart and information that look something like this :

Next, based on your type, this is how you will practice responding to your inspirations, synchronicities and feelings:
Generator/Manifesting Generator : Wait for Response to your gut feeling about what shows up, yes or no? (if you have "emotional authority" wait for the emotional wave to pass and evaluate what you felt 24-48 hours after) If you get "downloads" or epiphanies, wait for a synchronicity before taking action. Avoid initiating anything. Feelings of frustration are a sign that you are initiating and you need to stop and wait.
Projector: work on your artistry (whatever your genius is) while waiting for the invitation to act or speak. Being recognized by others is a form of invitation. Avoid initiation or providing input without being invited. Bitterness and feeling rejected are signs that you are not acting in your strategy. (if you have "emotional authority" wait for the emotional wave to pass and evaluate what you felt 24-48 hours after)
Manifestor (and Manifesting Generator) : Seizing the moment by informing it, and those around you will open up the energy and move people and things out of your way. Anger is a sign that you have not correctly informed others of your intent. Talk about your vision, not to ask permission or for validation, but to use the power of your throat center as the manifesting tool that it is. (if you have "emotional authority" wait for the emotional wave to pass and evaluate what you felt 24-48 hours after)
Reflector: Sampling, mirroring and tasting all of the energy around you while waiting for as long as it takes to get the external input needed, typically a full lunar cycle. Disappointment is the result of not waiting for clarity.
Now that you know what you really want, you have envisioned it in thought and feeling, and you know your energy type and strategy, you can begin taking note of what is happening in your life that is either preventing you from having what you want, that is showing up to give you what you want or that is in stark contrast or the opposite of what you want. This self-awareness is the beginning of profound change - if you stick with it and keep practicing.
Tomorrow - Day 4, is a day for reflection. Write down what you see, think, feel. What synchronicities are happening? What questions are coming up? What shifts have occurred? Record and share with the group in the comments below.
Day 5 will cap things off with How to create the Magic every day and finally get to experience your Dreams!
Developing a mindset of daily practice, recording progress and being accountable.
